This repository contains the "Supplement" for the manuscript titled "Risk factors for mortality among hospitalized patients with COVID-19". It is an R Markdown document that contains all code and output for the manuscript as well as supplementary analyses. Note that although the code is available, we are unfortunately not able to publicly share the data.
