Run npm install and then ionic serve.
SMS service is not working from web platform.
In order to run and deploy to a device (android or iOS) follow the instrunctions from the official docs.
The app is using the https://covid-19-greece.herokuapp.com for fetching daily statistics regarding Covid-19 in Greece.
