Mousewheel while hovering over battle window scrolls it

It would be a really good QOL improvement to be able to hover over the battle window and use the mousewheel to scroll it up and down, especially when you need to quickly cast spells on creatures or pick them up. Apparently holding ctrl and doing it might already work, but it would be most more sensible and useful to simply allow the player to hover over the battle window and scroll the mousewheel. If we're not sure if everyone would like this it could easily be a cfg setting to toggle on and off.
