Create a user, add email, password, first name and last name
Run rake db:migrate
Run rake db:seed
Install Devise and Cancan
Restart the server
for ckeditor: run rails generate ckeditor:install --orm=active_record --backend=carrierwave
Resolve minimagick errors by checking you have imagemagick installed
