consistent color coding between the line plot and 3D visualization to improve user understanding/mapping to colors

The protein structure allows the user to visualize the summary statistic plotted in the line/point plot in three dimensions for sites that have been selected. If a site has a summary metric that is close to zero, it will appear white.

It can be hard to see the selected residues given that the protein is colored light gray by default, and the background of the application is white. However, it is possible to change the color of the protein making it contrast with the white of the selected residues.

However, the white background can still obscure the white selected residues. To fix this, I'll add a button to allow the user to toggle the color of the protein's background.

I've added a button to toggle the color of the protein background to highlight sites that are white.
