A spin on the wildly popular game of Tic-Tac-Toe. The goal of Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe is to get 3 in a row on the main board by getting 3 in a row on the smaller boards.
The game is written in Java and requires at least Java 7. The game has currently only been tested on Windows.
