Thunderbird-CertOverride-Import Place cert_override.txt in folder with application. After run ThunderbirdCertImport.exe your cert_override.txt will be copied in all Thunderbird profiles stored in current user \AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ folder
