This is a repository which containes files needed to build Just-DNA-Seq documentation on ReadTheDocs.

You can read the documentation here: https://just-dna-seq.readthedocs.io/en/oakvar/

It is being built from oakvar branch. "master" is the legacy OpenCravat version.

Documentation files are located in /docs/source

Home page is index.rst

Sections: getting_started.rst, filters.rst, working_with_info.rst, viewing-reports.rst

Other files including Python are needed to build ReadTheDocs project, please do not touch them.
