Ninja Cat: a Windows Insider build bot for Discord

Commands
My set of commands include:
- $nj-help: show help
- $nj-info: shows my info
- $nj-invite: invite me to your server
- $nj-jumbo [emotes]: jumboify emotes
- $nj-latestbeta: shows the latest Beta Channel Insider build
- $nj-latestdev: shows the latest Dev Channel Insider build
- $nj-latestrp: shows the latest Release Preview Channel Insider build
- $nj-latestserver: shows the latest Server Insider build
- $nj-source: go to my source code
- $nj-trex: shows the Windows 10 Skype emoticon
Admin commands (manage server perm required):
- $nj-channel [channel]: When no channel is passed, gets the current setting. Otherwise, sets the channel used for Insider builds; specify none to disable build announcements.
- $nj-rolebeta [role]: When no role is passed, gets the current setting. Otherwise, sets the role used for Beta Channel Insider builds; specify none to disable role mentions.
- $nj-roledev [role]: When no role is passed, gets the current setting. Otherwise, sets the role used for Dev Channel Insider builds; specify none to disable role mentions.
- $nj-rolerp [role]: When no role is passed, gets the current setting. Otherwise, sets the role used for Release Preview Channel Insider builds; specify none to disable role mentions.
- $nj-testperms: test permissions
- $nj-testping: test ping all roles
