This repository contains the analysis code and data for Godwin et al. 2022 in Scientific Reports ("Salmon lice in the Pacific Ocean show evidence of evolved resistance to parasiticide treatment").
All data were provided to the Mamalilikulla, 'Na̱mg̱is, and Kwikwasut'inuxw Haxwa'mis First Nations by the salmon-farming companies MOWI Canada West and Cermaq as part of the Indigenous Monitoring and Inspection Plan (IMIP) Framework Agreements.
