Skype4COM 不再支援囉。這是一套基於 .net Core WPF + C# 開發的工具，你可以廣播你 skype 上面的聯絡人圖片＋文字 當然不包含被封鎖的。 這專案並沒有包含執行檔，你必須要自行先編譯
Skype4COM support is not available. A tool developed based on .net Core WPF + C# which can broadcast message and image to your Skype contacts not include what you blocked. The project doesn't contain EXE file. You should complie it first.
ps. skype 改規格後可能就不能用，之後我有時間再繼續維護吧（這段話我懶得翻譯成英文了）
