SfM and MVS with Cuda Container

This container is built from Nvidia Cuda 11.0.3 base image. We add TheiaSfM and Colmap for image processing (Structure from Motion and Multi-View Stereo).

The image is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and gcc 9.
