This is a simple application which allows users to download Chrome Extensions without installing the Chrome extension.
Example: If you want to grab the Chrome extension for Angry bird, the url is https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/angry-birds/aknpkdffaafgjchaibgeefbgmgeghloj Simply paste the url into the textbox in the application and grab it. :D
