This repository records files and data analysis for an opinion paper accepted in Global Change Biology entitled "Effects of lianas on forest biogeochemistry during their lives and afterlives". All the data used for analysis are in the file named "Liana_perspective_datab" while the "Literature source" file contains the literature sources used to compile the database. This file contains two columns the first one is encoded as same as the first column in the database, the second column then contains the source details information.
