Tailwind CSS debug utilities plugin.

A proof of concept for easier debugging for the site.

Ideas

Prefix debug-*.

1. show-border shows borders around DOM elements

2. show-url will show URLs of all anchors/images, etc
3. show-stack will transform website using 3D transformation in z-order.
4. highcontrast will make the site in high-contrast mode
5. full will show everything above? What's full???
