Purpose

An internal tool for UCL Fintech Society to create relevant, impacting, and engaging short form Linkedin-content.

At UCL Fintech Society, we have the ambition to go from the largest Fintech Society in Europe to the strongest network for project builders and business people in Finance. To grow our reach with professionals we want to become a reputable and trusted source for Fintech news. This led us to compromise between speed and quality with this half-automated half-manual approach to creating our daily news digest.

How it works

The user selects articles fetched from NewsCatcher API OpenAI model generates short recap from articles The user copies the article to their clipboard and shares it to their socials

This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.
