download script does not throw error for missing samples

the download script should generate an error if the sample is not found in the sequence index file

code/download_sample.pl BLAH data/1000Genomes_HiSeq.txt 

When run from within the batch_bowtie2.sh script, the script continues onto the next step. An error would halt the script before running bowtie2
