ArchR code tutorial - addGroupCoverage has no maxFragmentLength param

Hello,

With ArchR 1.0.1+, the function addGroupCoverage has no maxFragmentLength parameter, rendering it impossible to call NFR peaks.

Is there a workaround to this?
