Configurations Templates

To build the demo sites for the themes, some configuration is needed -- somethimes config specific for a theme.

The script builds the site config given the following scheme in the /templates folder:

• config-tpl-base-<theme>.toml OR config-tpl-base.toml
• config-tpl-params-<theme>.toml OR config-tpl-params.toml
