Description

This is FreeCAD macro for woodworking to apply and store textures.

Note: This tool is also part of Woodworking workbench.





Main features

  • Store texture URL or local HDD path, repeat factor, rotation and fit mode in object's property.
  • Download and show textures from stored URL or local HDD path.
  • Set and refresh texture for all objects or selected object only.
  • Auto fit mode to object shape type.
  • Small GUI interface in corner to see 3D model refresh.

Setting texture URL manually

  • Add texture URL path to Your favorite location:

    • At objects description Label2: m001
    • At Texture object property: m002 m003
    • At the Material Card for the Material applied to the object: m004

  • Run the tool and click the load button.
