Convert .afpk files to mp3?

I just wanted to know if it's possible to convert .afpk files to .mp3, this is the file:
02.04. RBD - Besame Sin Miedo (Instrumental).zip
available on archive.org - so I can get the full audio, not just a excerpt!

Unfortunately not. The idea of the fingerprints is that they are very small but still able to correctly distinguish items. But you’re not going to be able to reconstruct much general audio from 17 KB. DAn.
