what?

when using rspec-puppet to test a class intended to be used on windows with a File resource on linux or osx, it fails catalog compilation complaining that the path of the file resource is not absolute.

how do we test these catalogs still compile on a system that isn't windows? our puppet master runs on linux, it doesn't fail compilation. so there must be a way.

this project is a simple project to demonstrate the issue. try it.

bundle
bundle exec rake spec

windows
should compile into a catalogue without dependency cycles (FAILED - 1)
