I am using paccmann open source web server for anticancer drug sensitivity prediction. Now, the server is not working. Kindly rectify this issue or else kindly give me the alternate web server for prediction. Its very urgent. Please kindly help me as soon as possible, sir.

Hi thanks for using PaccMann we recently migrated the web service can you try to use the snipped url referenced in the publication: https://ibm.biz/paccmann-aas ?
This link should always work. In the future please use the GitHub organization for PaccMann (github.com/PaccMann). Issues raised there are seen by the whole team.

Respected Sir/Mam,
I'm Saranyadevi. S, Ph. D scholar in VIT, India. I have been using Paccmann software for 3 months. Now, the server is not providing output, it's continuously loading once I submit the smiles as input. Kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible, Sir.

Dear @saranya-33 can I suggest you to refresh/clean the cache of your browser. Or simply connect using a private window. After doing that I was able to normally use the web service.
