This solution calculates work hours using Microsoft Graph APIs (calendar and email activity data) to provide a baseline of the amount of time for which employees have worked. Employees can make changes to the calculated work hours and submit it. HR can use employee work hour reports for auditing purposes. Employers can use this data to drive a healthy work life balance for employees in the organization.
