Toolkit for packing/unpacking .evp files.
Primarily used for Talisman Online development.
- Packing .evp format is the same as Talisman Online v207 but smaller as that format had redundant information that can be discarded
- Unpacking currently only supports the Talisman Online v207 .evp format
