Install babel for JSX

Run: npm init -y then run: Run npm install babel-cli@6 babel-preset-react-app@3

Run: cd personalsite to enter project directory then run: npx babel --watch src --out-dir . --presets react-app/prod to activate babel watcher that will transpile JSX to standard react
