Github requesting my passphrase for every action in CLI

The OS on my Mac updated at some point during the last 2 days to:

And now every time I try to do anything that creates an interaction between remote and Github (clone a rep, push a branch), it asks me for my passphrase:

Never had this problem before and have had 2FA for as long as I can remember ๐Ÿ˜•

I ended up solving this for mac by following this answer on SO:

I created the config file in my root 'Code' directory:

atom ~/.ssh/config
