blender/python script that:
- uses the cycles render
- imports a PLY
- uses a vertex color material if desired
- creates a camera
- creates a circular camera path
- animates the camera along the path for a desired number of steps
- creates an area light
- creates a hidden tracking cube
- tracks the light and camera to the hidden tracking cube
- renders the desired number of frames
