Description
VitalsDB is a public perioperative database from South Korea. At the time of download it consisted of over 6000 patient contacts with corresponding data. There is multitude of data in the dataset, and some patients are more complete than others. Cursorary EDA done on the data. No attempts were made to clean the entire set. Ultimately the data was used to show a linear regression of in hospital death with estimated blood loss in surgery when comparing ASA functional class. Many other conclusions and graphs can be made if needed.
