Project Proposal: Who was the Zodiac Killer?

I've been having a had time thinking of a project proposal based on a text that isn't a novel, but this is a topic that has always been interesting to me. There is a lot of information out there about the Zodiac killer, and I think it would be interesting to markup some of the documents out there about them. We could map out where his victims were, mark up his letters, and use the eyewitness descriptions in reference to pictures of the suspects. He was never identified and most of the websites about him are plain and not interactive. I know its gruesome, but I think it could be fun to look into.
