merge five pairs of duplicate ChEBI terms

Five more cases where the same glyco entity is represented by two ChEBI instances (like the one already reported by Ralf Stephan in GitHub #4406). The table attached gives a name for each pair, the two ChEBI IDs indicating the one we'd prefer to keep, and the PubChem CID shared by the two ChEBI instances in each case.
