Non homogenous downloads

The bundle contains the config/factors XMLs, condensed SDRF, IDF, and only one data file (in the examples I tried). While the "Downloads" tab has all kinds of data files, including raw data and R objects, which are missing in the bundle. Is this on purpose somehow? I find it a bit confusing that you don't get the same data files via the two ways.
