What you need:
The source file is lognorm-paper-revised.Rnw. The pdf is checked in so I can share it.
You need to have R and some reasonable version of tex installed.
To generate the PDF:
$ make
To clean up:
$ make clean
To clean up, including the PDF:
$ make cleanall
