2. pre-process & curate speech & chats
3. Batch audio requests & receive back
   A. FAL whisper transcript
   B. hume eq + transcript
   C. both A&B
   D. multiple whisper instances for individual languages

Audio State Needs to respond with the device which has recorded whether peripheral or ble or so

Contemplate: websocket - streaming, post requests, and batch processing
