To install, clone the repository, move the files into the .dotfiles directory, and create symbolic links to allow the apps to find the rc files:
ln -s ~/.dotfiles/vim/vimrc ~/.vimrc
ln -s ~/.dotfiles/bash_profile ~/.bash_profile
and so forth.
