Requisites

- phyloseq
- taxize
- plyr
- dplyr
- biomformat
Usage
Rscript pathoscope2biom.R [path to pathoscope outputs] [pattern match to that files]
Rscript pathoscope2biom.R ~/Desktop/pathoscope/outpus *.tsv
