currently rmw_ecal gives no good support for gazebo2.

  • gazebo plugin
  • pointcloud show
  • urdf show

reproduce:

ros2 launch velodyne_description example.launch.py
rviz2
ros2 topic echo /tf_static

this issue should be divided into smaller ones.
close it first.
