This repository includes software to analyze highly-localized air quality data from monitoring network in the data-driven air quality policy enforcement pilot.
Key processing stages, in order of operation are:
- Assginment of mobile monitoring data to geohashes (geocoding)
- Calculation of hotspots (Moran's I, timeseries)
- Hotspot report generation
