This GUI provides an interface for adjusting signal offsets in a corridor of intersections to maximize traffic throuput.
To use the program, fill out the global inputs with the setting necessary, then fill out the ring-barrier diagram for each intersection. You can also select one of the examples from the 'Example' drop-down menu at the top of the Global Inputs to see a default configuration.
There is a known memory leak that causes RAM usage to creep up over time, but it should not affect normal usage.
