A tool to configure Plank Dock.
This little tool allows anyone to change settings of Plank Dock. Based on Switchboard Desktop Plug without Switboard.

To build and install this program:
./autogen.sh make make install
There is no #include <config.h> in plank-config.c generated by Vala, how to fix? https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=618931
