Project on Keil (MDK-ARM) for stm32f4-discovery + FreeRTOS 7.5.2, blink led Add Low Power mode

For reload .bin to STM32 need when low power mode is On:

  1. type reset on stm32f4-discovery
  2. press download to chip on Keil
  3. wait ~3sec
  4. release reset
