Hello,

I am using run_real_data_script.py to generate MWF maps from Spin Echo data. I was wondering if the extended phase graph correction is automatically applied when running this script?

Hi,

Yes, the EPG model is used in this toolbox. You could try the script "example_script_run_MET2_preproc_and_recon.sh" to see how the script is called in the terminal. Feel free to let me know if you need any help.
