This project implements Artistic Neural Style Transfer using PyTorch, enabling the transformation of an input content image by blending it with the style of another image to create an entirely new piece of artwork. The project leverages a pretrained VGG-19 model to capture and apply stylistic patterns from the style image onto the content image.
