Creates a new rails project and:

  • Adds all of the basic gems

  • Converts application.html.erb to haml

  • Makes rails generators use .sass instead of .scss

  • Converts application.css to css.sass:

    • uses sass's @import instead of =require
    • imports twitter bootstrap and compass

  • Installs SimpleForm

  • Installs RSpec

  • Installs Spork

  • Installs Capistrano
