usage: pySeccy name
pySeccy [-h] [-fc NAME] [-fb NAME] [-l]
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-fc, --force-classic compute Section ID
for PSO V1\V2\PC\GC only
-fb, --force-bb compute Section ID
for PSO Blue Burst only
-l, --loop enter one name after the other
type-in the word 'quit' to leave
