psxtools - collection of tools I use for PSX development

Not recommended for general use yet, very rough and don't have much error-checking.

model_converter

Converts from .obj to custom binary mesh format.

Also converts from custom .json file exported from Blender to binary mesh format. TODO: write better docs.

timtool

Program for converting .png files to .tim.
