git-wasm

This is a fork of wasm-git to merge new features from other forks and pull requests; and further develop the library to enable replacing the use of the git CLI in practical contexts.

Develop

Emscripten: Build

$ docker run -v .:/src/wasm-git --rm wasm-git-image /bin/bash -c "cd /src/wasm-git && git ls-files | xargs dos2unix && /src/wasm-git/docker_cleanup_and_build.sh Release SINGLE_FILE"

It builds a single JS file, lg2.js, which bundles the Wasm binary in encoded format. It's more convenient for loading, but with a bigger file size.

ls emscriptenbuild/libgit2/examples

Without the SINGLE_FILE option, it builds separately lg2.js and lg2.wasm.

• Docker build: Added Dockerfile and docker_cleanup_and_build.sh

• Added HTTP basic auth for authentication with password or pat.
