elixir-ls default installation tag

hi! 👋 😄
According to this line, I understand that the default installation tag is v0.15.1. In this section of the README.md, I can see this message: Note For ElixirLS, not specifying the repo, branch, or tag options will default to the latest release.
At this moment, the latest version of elixir-ls is v0.19.0. Is it possible to upgrade it? Or am I wrong with my assumptions.
