##Set Up To set up this program, clone the repository from Github. To set up the database on your computer, run rake db:schema:load and make sure to run the rails server. You can run the program locally by using http://localhost:3000/ or you can access it on Heroku at http://image-share-app.herokuapp.com/.
##What It Does This program allows a user to create an accout and upload photos. The photos can be seen by anyone without authorization, but in order to add or delete a photo, the user must be signed in.
##Known Bugs At this time, photos cannot be tagged with users' names, nor can a user favorite any photos.
