Simple React web app to track which books you have read, are reading now or want to read in the future. Also includes basic search functionality to find new books. Exercise for Udacity Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree Program. The base code and resources for the exercise are from here.
- Clone or download project files to a directory
- In this directory install project dependencies with
npm install - Start the development server with
npm start
This should open your browser automatically on the correct page, but if not, you can open http://localhost:3000/ manually.
The front page shows 3 shelves: Currently Reading, Want to Read and Read. Each shelf has already some books. Books can be moved to another shelf by clicking the button on the lower right corner of the book cover.
On the lower right corner of the screen there is a button which open the search page. Here can enter a text to search (currently supports only a limited set of search terms). Search results have also button for moving the books to shelves.
